Laurel Hall is a historic apartment house at 72—74 Patton Street in Springfield, Massachusetts.
The four story Classical Revival building was constructed in 1914 using yellow brick (in light and dark shades) with brownstone detailing, with a decorated metal cornice capping the facade. The interior suffered from neglect and vandalism during economic downtimes, and has been modernized.[2]
The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.[1]
