The Lauredian Union (Catalan: Unió Laurediana, UL) is a conservative[1] political party in Sant Julià de Lòria, Andorra.
History
The party first contested national elections in 1997,[2] when it was one of several local parties to form an alliance with the Liberal Union in the parliamentary elections that year. The UL failed to win a seat,[2] but in the 2001 elections won two seats.[3] The party did not contest the 2005 elections,[2]
For the 2009 elections the party was part of the Reformist Coalition, which won 11 of the 28 seats.[4] In the 2011 elections the party won two seats,[5] supporting Democrats for Andorra.[1]
