Laura Ikauniece (born 31 May 1992 in Ventspils) is a Latvian athlete competing in heptathlon. She has achieved her personal best of 6414 points at the 2012 Summer Olympics, where she finished 9th. At the 2012 European Athletics Championships Ikauniece initially won the bronze medal, after a hard fight with Aiga Grabuste. Finally, Ikauniece finished 10 points better than her. Later on she was awarded with the silver medal, as a result of the disqualification of Ukrainian athlete Lyudmyla Yosypenko. She is studying at University of Latvia (UL) Faculty of Education, Psychology and Art (FEPA).

Laura won the silver medal at the World Youth Championships in Brixen, Italy, reaching 5647 points. The next year 2010 she finished 6th in the World Junior Championships reaching 5618 points. In 2011 she won the bronze medal at the European Athletics Junior Championships.
