The Lars Petterson-Adolph Carlson Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house at 76 Fairhaven Road in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built c. 1918 by Lars Petterson, a local builder, the house has well-preserved Colonial Revival styling. Instead of a more typical polygonal side projection, this house has a rectangular projection on the side with a fully pedimented gable. The front porch originally had Tuscan columns.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[1]
