Lars Erik Hansen[1] (born September 27, 1954) is a retired Danish-Canadian professional National Basketball Association player.

Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, Hansen grew up in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada, where he was a basketball star at Centennial Secondary School. He would go onto play his college basketball at the University of Washington in the United States. Hansen was selected in two NBA Drafts: first in 1976, by the Chicago Bulls, and then in 1977, by the Los Angeles Lakers.[2]

In 1979, Hansen made his NBA debut with the Seattle SuperSonics.

In 1981 Hansen was named Player of the Year and scoring champion of the FIBA First Division Spanish League.[3] He also played with FC Barcelona.[4]
