Lambda Ursae Minoris (λ UMi, λ Ursae Minoris) is a star in the constellation Ursa Minor.
Lambda Ursae Minoris is a M-type red giant with a mean apparent magnitude of +6.35.[1] It is classified as a semiregular variable star and its brightness varies by 0.10 magnitudes. It is approximately 888 light years from Earth.
