Lahore Bar Association is the Biggest Bar Association of Asia.[1] The Lahore Bar Association now has a membership of over 16,000 attorneys. With over 14 different committees, sections and divisions each actively working to further the purposes of the Lahore Bar Association. The history of the Lahore Bar Association is quite cold and the Bar Association had been functioning even before the creation of Pakistan and when the Pakistan movement was launched by Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, who was an eminent Barrister of his time the members of the Lahore Bar Association played a most important role in the Pakistan movement under his able leadership.[2]
