Lady Sheba

Jessie Wicker Bell or Lady Sheba (Knott County, July 18, 1920 - March 20, 2002 ) was a writer U.S. Wiccan Celtic Tradition and founder of American and American Order of the Brotherhood of the Wicca with the aim to unite all practitioners of Wicca (covens, groups, traditions). Born July 18, 1920 in Knott County, Kentucky, and Irish origins of Native American maternal and paternal side of the hand, and died on March 20, 2002.
