La Tuerka is a Spanish television show, produced by Producciones CMI, broadcast by Público TV over the Internet and by Tele K via TDT, with Pablo Iglesias Turrión as one of the presenters.[1] The program airs on Mondays and Fridays at 22:00 and only in its YouTube channel has an audiece of more than 24 million of views.[2]
History
Fifth Season
The fifth season of La Tuerka incorporates several changes. The program is no longer one show, but consists of several shows:[3]
Otra vuelta de Tuerka: Airs every Monday, presented by Pablo Iglesias. Consists of a face to face interview of diverse personalities. Among others, the interviewees have included Jesús Cintora,[4] the politician and lawyer Cristina Almeida[5] and the former basketball player Fernando Romay.[6]
La Tuerka Distrito Federal: Airs on Tuesday. Program for research, reporting and discussion presented by Noelia Vera and Tania Sánchez.
La Tuerka News: Airs on Wednesday. Informative and humorous program presented by Facu Díaz y Héctor Juanatey.
En Clave Tuerka: Airs on Thursday. A conversation with several guests presented by Juan Carlos Monedero.

In October of 2014, the program was journalist awarded in Premios Enfocados de Periodismo 2014.[7]
