Lloyd T. "Rosy" Harr was the sixth head college football coach of the College of Emporia Fighting Presbies in Emporia, Kansas[1] for the 1928 season. His team produced an impressive undefeated season of 8 wins and 0 losses to be declared the conference champions[2] of the newly formed Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.[3]
