L'Expansion is a French monthly business magazine based in Paris, France.

History and profile

L'Expansion was founded by Jean-Louis Servan-Schreiber and Jean Boissonnat in 1967.[1][2] In 1994 the magazine was relaunched and was published on a fortnightly basis in the 1990s.[3]

It is part of the Roularta Media Group, which also owns the magazines, L'Express, Lire, and L'Étudiant among the others.[4] The headquarters of L'Expansion is in Paris.[5] The magazine is published by Groupe Express Roularta on a monthly basis[6] and provides articles on economic and financial news.[2]

The 2006 paid circulation for L'Expansion was 160,514.[7] During the 2007-2008 period the magazine had a circulation of 161,000 copies.[8] Its circulation was 150,076 copies in 2010.[6]
