Léna Balsan
Lena Balsan is the former mayor of the French city of Valence in department of Drôme. She became mayor on April 4, 2004 and she was succeeded by Alain Maurice in 2008.
She met with AGBU President Berge Setrakian.[1] She sued Alain Maurice following remarks made at the City Council on September 22, 2008.[2][3]
