Kwee Liong Keng, Kwee Liong Tek, Kwee Liong Seen and Kwee Liong Phing are Singaporean businessman, owners of Pontiac Land, a Singapore property company, "Singapore's first family of luxury real estate".[1]

Early life

The Kwee brothers are the sons of Henry Kwee, an Indonesian textile trader and real estate developer who emigrated to Singapore in 1958.[1]

Career

The Kwee brothers via Pontiac Land own several luxury hotels in Singapore, Ritz-Carlton Millenia, the Conrad Centennial Singapore, and The Capella Singapore, as well as office blocks, the Millenia Tower and the Centennial Tower].[1]

In October 2013, the Kwee brothers agreed to provide $300 million in equity, supported by an $860 million loan from a consortium of Asian banks to enable the Tower Verre development in New York City.[2]

According to Forbes, the Kwee brothers have a net worth of $4.8 billion, as of January 2015.[1]
