Kurseong (community development block) is an administrative division in Kurseong subdivision of Darjeeling district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Kurseong police station serves this block. Headquarters of this block is at Kurseong. There is one census town in this block: Cart Road.[1][2]

Kurseong is located at 26°53′N 88°17′E / 26.88°N 88.28°E.
Kurseong community development block has an area of 342.58 km2.[2]
Demographics
As per 2001 census, Kurseong block had a total population of 85,109, out of which 42, 976 were males and 42,133 were females. Kurseong block registered a population growth of 5.74 per cent during the 1991-2001 decade. Decadal growth for the district was 16.94 per cent.[2] Decadal growth in West Bengal was 17.84 per cent.[3]
