Kumarghat is a town and a nagar panchayat in Unakoti district in the Indian state of Tripura.
Demographics
As of 2011 India census,[1] Kumarghat had a population of 13,053. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Kumarghat has an average literacy rate of 79%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 83%, and female literacy is 76%. In Kumarghat, 12% of the population is under 6 years of age.
