Kristian Niemann is a guitarist and is or has been in bands such as Therion,[1] Lithium and Demonoid. He studied jazz at Musicians Institute. His style of playing mostly centers around legato, sweep picking, and he sometimes uses two-handed tapping to play extremely fast shreds. In 1996 his song "Industrial Type Thang" was featured in JSR Records' compilation Hottest Unknown Guitarists. He is also brother of Johan Niemann.
