Kotla Qasim Khan

Kotla Qasim Khan is a village, situated hardly 2 kilometres from Lalamusa and GT Road in Gujrat District, Punjab, Pakistan. It is situated across the road to Dingah and across Railway Line to Sargodha from Lalamusa. Kotla (Sanskrit for word "Fort") is named after Ch Qasim Ali Khan, who founded the village. Kotla Qasim Khan is a modern village with vast streets, green fields, Tubewells, and a farm house situated north of village. It has three graveyards in it. An intermediate college for boys was also outside the village, now promoted to degree classes. Soon there will be a separate block for girls for higher education. It also has a middle level school for girls inside village.

The fields of this village produces different vegetables, those reaching different areas of nearby cities through Vegetable mandi of Lalamusa. The electricity in this village has been available since 1986. Natural gas has not been reached in this village but it is available in Lalamusa for the last 11 years.
