Kota Iskandar (Jawi: كوتا إسكندر) (formerly Johor State New Administrative Centre (JSNAC)) is an administrative centre for the state government of Johor, Malaysia. It is located in Nusajaya and it is the first phase of the Nusajaya project. It was named after the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Iskandar. The Nusajaya project itself is a part of Iskandar Malaysia. Kota Iskandar was developed by Cahaya Jauhar Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the State of Johor and the first Phase was completed in 2008.

The administrative centre consist of the State Assembly Building (now Bangunan Sultan Ismail), Chief Minister's and State Secretariat's Office(now Bangunan Dato' Jaafar Muhammad). The buildings will face the kiblat (directions of Kaaba) and will be based on a Johor-Malay and Moorish architecture. The Chief Minister's and State Secretary Office will house the chief minister's office, state EXCO offices, Secretary of State office and many other departments. It is expected to have 21,480 square feet (1,996 m2) of office space in a five storey structure.[1]

Kota Iskandar is near the first phase of Nusajaya city, where Dataran Mahkota and two state department buildings will be built.
