Kot Lakhpat
Kot Lakhpat (Urdu: کوٹ لکھپت ) is a residential, Historical and industrial area of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. It is located at 31° 27' 57N 74° 20' 14E. [1]
Kot Lakhpat is bordered by the Defense Housing Society to the east and Township to the west. Kot Lakhpat Railway Station, Lahore Race Club, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate and Central Jail Lahore are situated in this area. Heavy Duty Industries like Ittefaq Foundries & Peco are also situated. I t is also lhub of I.T. as Arfa Karim Software Technology Park is also here.
Kot Lakhpat Railway Station
Kot Lakhopat Railway Station is a busy railway station located in Kot Lakhpat. It is one of the urban stations of the Lahorecity which are served by commuter trains of Lahore. A large number of commuters use this station to get access to the city of Lahore.
