Kosarzyn [kɔˈsaʐɨn] (German: Kuschern) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gubin, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, close to the German border.[1] It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north of Gubin, 24 km (15 mi) west of Krosno Odrzańskie, 53 km (33 mi) west of Zielona Góra, and 81 km (50 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
