Kondapalli railway station is one of the stations of Vijayawada situated at Kondapalli, a suburb. It is situated at a distance of 15 km (9.3 mi) from Vijayawada in the state of Andhra Pradesh.[1] Kondapalli falls under Vijayawada railway division of the South Central Railway zone on the Howrah-Chennai main line and Delhi-Chennai line. Most of the trains running on Vijayawada-Warangal section pass through Kondapalli railway station and serve about 9000 passengers daily.[2] Nearby stations are Rayanapad, Cheruvu Madhwaram, Vijayawada Jn.
