Kjell Norwood Lindgren is a current NASA astronaut.[1] Lindgren was selected in June 2009 as a member of the NASA Astronaut Group 20. He is scheduled to launch to the International Space Station as part of Expedition 45 in September 2015.[2]
Biography
Age 36, of League City, Texas; University of Texas Medical Branch - Wyle flight surgeon for NASA's Space Shuttle, Space Station and Constellation programs; born on 23 January 1973 in Taipei. Lindgren has degrees from the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado State University, University of Colorado School of Medicine,[3] the University of Minnesota, and University of Texas Medical Branch.[4]
