Kirk Talley (born November 14, 1959) is an American football coach. He is currently the head football coach at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul in Roseville, Minnesota, a position he has held since 2001. Talley served as the head football coach at Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois from 1996 to 1997. He played college football at Pacific Lutheran University under head coach Frosty Westering.
