Kirill Pokrovsky (born in Moscow as Покровский Кирилл Владимирович) is a Russian/Belgian composer and performer. When he was only five years old his mother, instructor & pianist gave him the first music lessons.
Later he took interest in a different instruments, such as the violin, an oboe and saxophone.

Kirill Pokrovsky participated in several musical projects and bands in his early years before "Perestrojka".
He is best known as former band member of the first major Russian heavy metal band Aria(band) (albums "Megalomania" and "Whom Are You With?")
Later he was member of the Russian band Master Rock group and recorded 3 albums with this band.
He is the composer/performer of the several neo-classical piano albums, such as "Brugge", "Romantic on the highway" and the ambient piano-electronic work "Top of the mountain".

He is known also for composing /performing several soundtracks for the Belgian company Larian Studios

Among others he recorded 3 albums with the Belgian rock group "Dry Livers"

Nowadays the musician works on several multimedia productions and performs as a concert pianist.
