She is the founder of Respond Foundation, a unique non profit which provides a platform for new upcoming artists to show case their work.

RESPOND FOUNDATION was a dream of Kiran Joneja Sippy, which has now come to light. It was during the shooting for THE KIRAN JONEJA SHOW and FASLE that she got to work closely with many NGOs and Government Bodies that were making a difference in the social sector. Touched by their efforts and exposed to the problems of people around her, she felt that she too needed to make a contribution in her own little way. This is how the idea for RESPOND FOUNDATION birthed. Knowing that her strength lay in various fields of art and being a multi talented artist herself, she felt she could lend a helping hand. Kiran Joneja Sippy is involved in every aspect of this foundation; right from the conception to the benefits artists would receive by means of this foundation.
