Kingsthorpe is a town in the Darling Downs region of Queensland, Australia. The town is in the Toowoomba local government area, 147 kilometres (91 mi) west of the state capital, Brisbane. At the 2011 census, Kingsthorpe had a population of 1,820.[1]

Facilities

Library services in Kingsthorpe are provided by the Toowoomba Regional Council's mobile library service. The van visits Kingsthorpe State School and Kingsthorpe Village Green every Wednesday.[2]
