The King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (Arabic: مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث) (KFSH&RC) is a 985-bed tertiary/quaternary care and referral hospital based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is the national referral center for oncology, organ transplantations, cardiac surgery, genetic diseases, and more.
KFSH&RC also maintains a facility in Jeddah.

KFSH&RC was established on land donated by King Faisal and was opened by King Khalid in 1975 with a current total land area of 920,000 square meters.

The Annals of Saudi Medicine
The Annals of Saudi Medicine is an English bimonthly multidisciplinary medical journal. The Annals publishes original articles, case reports, letters to the editor, editorials, and special reviews dealing with various aspects of clinical, academic or investigative medicine or research. Emphasis is placed on matters relating to medicine in Saudi Arabia in particular, and the Middle East in general. The Annals is a joint project of KFSH&RC, the King Saud University College of Medicine, and the King Khalid University Hospital. Its current worldwide distribution exceeds 16,000 copies.

Transplants
At KFSH&RC there are on average, three transplants every 48 hours (e.g., bone marrow, kidney, liver, heart, lung, or pancreas) all year round with outcomes similar to that of eminent international institutions. The total number of transplants conducted in 2010 was 529 which include 312 Bone Marrow, 145 Kidney, 46 Liver, 19 Heart and 7 Lung transplants.
