Kikuzato's brook snake (Opisthotropis kikuzatoi) is a species of snake in the family Colubridae. It is endemic to Japan.
Geographic range
It is found in the Ryukyu Islands of Japan[1]
Habitat
Opisthotropis kikuzatoi is aquatic, inhabiting flowing streams.[2]
Diet
It feeds on earthworms, freshwater shrimp, freshwater fishes, tadpoles, and frogs.[3]
Reproduction
Kikuzato's brook snake is oviparous.[4]
