Kieran MacDonald (born 21 July 1993) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays for Hamilton Academical, as a left back and midfielder.

Early and personal life

MacDonald was born in Rutherglen on 21 July 1993.[1]

Career

MacDonald played youth football for Motherwell and spent two years with Clyde before joining Hamilton Academical in June 2014.[2] He later spoke about his transfer, stating he was looking forward to the challenge of playing at a higher level.[3] He moved on loan to Dumbarton in August 2014.[4]
