Khouloud Daibes

Khuloud Daibes (Arabic: خلود دعيبس) (born April 16, 1965 in Zababdeh, West Bank) is a Palestinian architect. She served as the Tourism Minister in the national unity government of the Palestinian National Authority[1] and continues to serve under the current emergency government as both tourism minister and minister of women's affairs.

Daibes holds a PhD in Architecture from University of Hannover in Germany. She was the Director of the Center for Preserving Cultural Heritage in Bethlehem. She was also a lecturer in the Tourism Masters Program at Bethlehem University. For the past fifteen years, she was involved with many Palestinian and international organizations dealing with cultural heritage and tourism in the Palestinian Territories.

Since July 2013 Daibes is the representative of the Palestinian mission in Germany.[2]
