Khemaies Jhinaoui

Khemaies Jhinaoui (born 1954) is a Tunisian diplomat. He was in 2011 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tunisia to the Russian Federation.[1]

In May 1996, he was sent to Israel to open his country's interest office in Tel Aviv.[2]
