Khayarmara Mahottari is located in Mahottari District Janakpur Jone, it is 7.5 km upward from Mahendra Highway. Its chowk name is Banpat Chowk near to Laxminiya Chowk. There is one bazaar located in town. Its near district is Sarlahi and Sindhuli. You can go to Sarlahi by crossing Banke Khola and go to Sindhuli towards Bhitri Khola. There is one camp of APF and Nepal Police. Gurkha Army camp on border is also planted. Its main place is School Chowk, Bazar Chowk, Chautaro near Pokhari, Damar, Bhetnari, Chodke, Bhitrikhola, Bharatbaje Tol, and Thapa Tole. There are 7 Wad Numbers. Wad 1 lies top of the village. There is a gravel road. From Khayarmara to Sindhuli, one bus is running for 18 years and now there are many small vehicles running from Bazar Chowk to Banpat Chowk. From Banpat Chowk to Sindhuli Milan chowk a road is under construction. There are two rivers, the larger Khayarmara Khola, and the smaller Buda Kholsi. Abridge is under construction on Buda Kholsi. It is near to Tuteshwor Temple. There are many temples and gumbas.
