Kevin Robert Cameron (born 9 July 1986) grew up in Adelaide, Australia. He is best known for his part as guitarist for Australian powerhouse metal/hardcore band, I Killed the Prom Queen after joining them in 2002.[1] He was heralded for his energetic live performances. The group achieved major underground success and toured throughout Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Europe up until their hiatus in 2008. In May 2011, the band reformed and worked on a third studio album, which was released in early 2014.
He formed In Trenches with guitarist Joe Ceraso, vocalist Ben Coyte (ex-Day of Contempt), bass guitarist Paul Milne and drummer Joel Taylor.[2] They released Relive & Regret on the Stomp Entertainment label on 3 July 2009,[3] with technical hardcore/melodic metal and ambient/post rock influences.[4]
