Kettlethorpe High School (KHS) is a secondary school situated in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England that specialises in both Maths and Computing.
Community Learning Centre
Kettlethorpe High School is also home to "KHS CLC" or Kettlethorpe High School Community Learning Centre which was opened in 2006 in order to provide free computing courses to people in the community. Part of it is also a free internet cafe.[1]
Facilities
The school has a multitude of "computer clusters" in each department so as to provide access to computers for the pupils to assist with their learning. For physical education there are tennis courts, a fitness suite, gym and sport hall for sports purposes.
Motto
The schools motto, is Labor Omnia Vincit, a Latin phrase meaning Work Conquers All.
