Kesgrave Hall School was a private boys' boarding school in Kesgrave, England.[2] It was situated in Kesgrave Hall.

The school catered for pupils who had been excluded from mainstream schools for disruptive behaviour.[1]

Incidents

Alan Stancliffe had been convicted, in 1982 and again in 1999, of indecently assaulting four boys at Kesgrave Hall School where he had been a teacher from 1978 to 1980.[2][1]

Stancliffe also received a prison sentence in 2007 following a further conviction of 3 indecent assaults against a former Kesgrave Hall School Pupil (1978 - 1980).[3]

In December 2012, former pupils of the school described the abuse they had suffered there during the 1980s, and called for a new investigation.[4][5][6]

Three-time convicted paedophile teacher Alan Stancliffe dies while on bail facing fourth set of child sex allegations - September 2014. [7]

Former Kesgrave Hall School care worker Kenneth Wheatley (Scott), who was found dead in Barnsley after being questioned over abuse claims, was a convicted paedophile - May 2014 [8][9]
