Kenichi Shirahama (Japanese: 白浜 兼一 Hepburn: Shirahama Kenichi) is a fictional character in the Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple manga series and its adaptations created by Syun Matsuena. He is a teenager and main protagonist of the series. Kenichi's life changes after he met a transfer student Miu Fūrinji and become a disciple of several martial arts. In addition to the manga series, he appears in anime and OVA series, and one video game for PlayStation 2 console. In the animated adaptations of Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple, Kenichi is voiced by Tomokazu Seki in Japanese. In the English adaptations, he is voiced by Josh Grelle.
