Kelly Divine (born July 3, 1984 in Chester, Pennsylvania) is an American pornographic actress.[1]

Early life

Born in July 3, 1984 Kelly Divine comes from a West Philly family, but she was born and raised in Chester, PA.[3]

Growing up in Pennsylvania, she always attended Catholic school — "I was a good Catholic girl", she states. In her sophomore year, she got kicked out of her all-girl Catholic high school and ended up in public school her last two years. She graduated and went to beauty school, where she completed cosmetology school, got her license and worked in a salon for 6 months.[2]

Career

Divine got into porn in October 2007, when she was 23. She was doing some swimsuit and promo modeling in Philadelphia, where she is from, and had an online portfolio. Porn agencies in Los Angeles kept contacting her about flying out and doing porn. At first she thought "They were crazy! There isn’t talk of people being real pornstars back east. It’s like, unheard of!" She kept turning it down but eventually the money got to her. She decided to try it, "As you can see it’s worked out quite well!", she says.[4]

She is known for her large buttocks and preference for anal scenes.[5] She has shot for all the top studios, including Naughty America, Vivid Entertainment, Jules Jordan Video, Evil Angel, Danni's Hard Drive, Vouyer Media, Elegant Angel, Digital Playground, New Sensations, Hustler Video, Score, 3rd Degree, Brazzers, Bang Bros., Reality Kings, Zero Tolerance Entertainment and Red Light District Video.[2]

In 2009, she launched an affiliate program for her official website, featuring exclusive content of photos, videos and webcam shows.[6]

She made some appearances in 2010 for Playboy Radio shows "In Bed with Jessica Drake" and "Night Calls" (hosted by pornstars Christy Canyon and Nicki Hunter).[7][8] She also a special guest in one of the first editions of "The Naughty Show".[9]

Besides doing porn, she has also done some feature dancing in strip clubs, making her debut in 2010 in The Mansion Strip Club in Louisiana.[10]

Kelly starred in writer/director Adam Rifkin's "Look: The Series". A Showtime series, based on the indie movie "Look", also by Rifkin. She played the hole of an edgy East Coast stripper, along with fellow pornstar Isis Love. "It's always great to step out and do mainstream projects, and more are definitely on the way," Divine said. "I really enjoy playing characters that are very different from me and my character in "Look" is just that. Acting is a love of mine and I hope everyone will tune in and enjoy the show." [11]

Personal life

Kelly stated that she has dated professional athletes and rappers.[12]

She identifies herself as bisexual, with her favourite sexual position being the cowgirl.[2] She has the tattoos of a Dragon in her upper back, "Il Dolore e' Amore" ("Pain is Love" in Italian) in her lower back and "Kesha" on the top of her right wrist.[1]
