Kaya Matsutani

Kaya Matsutani (松谷 彼哉, Matsutani Kaya, born March 20, 1970) is a Japanese voice actress from Sapporo. She is often cast as female characters that are noted with extremely well developed body (most notably breasts). She is most known for her roles in Bleach (Rangiku Matsumoto), Sakura Wars V (Diana Caprice) and Ar Tonelico II (Infel).
