Kathy Kreag Richardson (born April 28, 1956) is a Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing the 29th District since 1992. Her House Bill 1283 dealing with libraries was amended in 2012 to declare the Grouseland Rifle the official state rifle.[1]
