Kathryn Minshew is the CEO and co-founder of The Muse, a career-development platform.[1]

Career

Minshew was a management consultant at McKinsey.[2] She worked for the Clinton Health Access Initiative until 2010, when she helped start Pretty Young Professionals, a women's networking site. In 2011, she launched The Muse (originally called The Daily Muse).[1]

Recognition and Awards

She was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 in Media list in 2011 [3] and 2012.[4] Minshew and her co-founders were also on the Inc. (magazine) 2012 list of 15 Women to Watch in Tech.[5]

Minshew represented The Daily Muse in the Wall Street Journal Startup of the Year competition in Fall 2013, where she made the finals.[6]
