Kathleen Anne Loyola Po is a Filipino/American beauty pageant titleholder from New York City who won the Miss Pearl of the Philippines USA title who was appointed by a New Jersey-based pageant organizers to represent the Philippines at the Miss Intercontinental 2011 pageant in Orihuela, Alicante, Spain on Oct. 7th but came out unplaced. She currently pursuing a career in nursing in the East Coast.[1][2][3]
Mutya ng Pilipinas, Inc. which is the official franchise holder of Miss Intercontinental was delayed until later that year on December 2nd to be precise. The eventual winner of Mutya ng Pilipinas 2011 International for Miss Intercontinental was Vickie Marie Rushton of Bacolod City. Miss Intercontinental Pageant 2011 was to be held on Oct. 7th and The Philippines' delegate to Miss Intercontinental (Kathleen Anne Po) had to be swiftly handpicked by a US-based Filipino pageant organizer. Miss Po was rightfully selected for being Miss Pearl of the Philippines USA as the official representative at the Miss Intercontinental pageant in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.[4]
