Katharine Chang (Chinese: 張小月; pinyin: Zhāng Xiǎoyuè) is a diplomat in the Republic of China (ROC). She was the ROC representative to Australia in 2011-2015.[2]
Early life
Chang obtained her bachelor's degree from the Department of Diplomacy of National Chengchi University. She the obtained her master's degree in international relations from Long Island University in the United States.
