Karnol consist of village Dogah,Bhuraj′ According to area this village is largest village of Distt Mansehra. In Dogah two Awan brothers' came a lot of years back and established agriculture in the village after corp they made gah, So two brother made two gah, that's why village name exist Dogah'bhuraj(Do hindko word means Two, and Gah is.. a place make for wheat corp preparation). The Islamic traditions are outstanding in the area and have high moral values in the society. Common dress of the people is Shalwar Qamiz, however students use trousers and coats. Turban, Kraquli, Patti caps are worn by the people. Men often wear Waistcoats and Coats over Shalwar Qamiz. Women’s dresses are also very simple and consist of Shalwar, Qamiz, Dopatta and Chadder. The food of inhabitants of the village is very simple. Maize, wheat and rice are eaten everywhere. Desi Ghee and Lassi is used eagerly in the rural areas.

Karnol is a village and union council (an administrative subdivision) of Mansehra District in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.[1] It is located at 34°23′N 73°23′E / 34.383°N 73.383°ECoordinates: 34°23′N 73°23′E / 34.383°N 73.383°E at an altitude of 797 metres (2618 feet)[2] lying in the south east of the district near to Abbottabad and the Kashmir frontier and lies in an area affected by the 2005 Kashmir earthquake.[3]
