Karla Zadnik

Karla Zadnik is an American optometrist.

Biography

Zadnik have graduated from the University of California's, Berkeley School of Optometry. For eight years in a row she taught at the Biomedical Sciences Institutional, a division of Ohio State University. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a diplomate of its division on cornea. In 1995 she was awarded with the Glenn A. Fry Award and five years later served for the National Advisory Eye Council, a division of the National Eye Institute which she quit by 2004. Currently she is a chair of the American Optometric Association council and is a professor of physiological optics at the Ohio State University College of Optometry where she also helds a position of an associate dean.[1][2]
