Karen Elizabeth Keitley Duff is a British scientist known for her work on Alzheimer's disease. She is currently Professor of Pathology and Cell Biology at Columbia University.[1]
She was educated at the University of East Anglia (BSc, 1987) and completed her PhD at the University of Cambridge in 1991 entitled "A study of human and murine cardiac development using molecular genetics methodology". She was awarded the Potamkin Prize in 2006, together with Karen Ashe and Bradley Hyman.[2]
