Karaparmba is a small village near Kozhikode Corporation, which falls in Kozhikode district, Kerala, India.[1] The only Medical College for Homeopathy in Malabar, Government Homoeopathic Medical College, is situated here.[2][3]

It was here in karaparamba the erstwhile cashew nut factory Pearce Leslie Cashew Factory was situated.

The important places in Karaparamba are Kuttiyattu paradevada temple, Kalluvettu Kuzhikkal Bagavathi Temple, Nellikavu Temple, Udayakurumba Bhagvathi Temple West Kara Residence Association is one of the major Residential Association in the locality which comprises 145 houses.

The former Mayor of calicut city M. Bhaskaran is from karaparamba.

Karaparamba is a fast-growing residential area towards the north-eastern city limits of Kozhikode. It is located north-east of Nadakkavu and to the south-west of Malaparamba. Eranhipalam is south. The Krishna Menon Museum is situated at East Hill nearby. Calicut Airport is about 30 km south. Kozhikode Railway Station is around 6 km south-west.
