Kanwal Toor
Kanwal Toor (born 1980) is an ex-model, television anchor, and actress for Bollywood and television. She participated in the Femina Miss India in 2001 and later went on to represent her country in Miss International 2001. Toor is now a successful entrepreneur in London.
Personal life
Toor studied statistical analysis and graduated in Psychology from JMC, New Delhi. She went on to do a Masters in Industrial psychology.Toor has a daughter named Sundari & a son called Kabir. She now lives in London with her family.
Acting career
Toor started her career in modelling and has worked for various brands, such as Vogue, Pepsi, Mercedes-Benz, LG, Gillette, and Yamaha. She has acted in serials on major channels in India and has also appeared in music videos. She hosted the show Filmi Fever, which aired on Zoom TV. She made her film debut through the critically appraised Bollywood film Cheeni Kum, co-starring alongside Amitabh Bacchan and Tabu.[1]
