Kandaleru Dam

Kandeleru Dam is an irrigation project built on Kandaleru river in RAPUR MANDAL, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh.[1][2][3] This project is part of Telugu Ganga project which supplies drinking water Chennai city from Srisailan reservoir located on Krishna River. Kandaleru reservoir is mainly fed by link canal from the Somasila reservoir.Telugu Ganga project also serves irrigation needs under its canals in Andhra Pradesh.
