Kamisu (神栖市 Kamisu-shi) is a city located in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan.
The modern city of Kamisu was established on August 1, 2005, from the merger of the former town of Kamisu, absorbing the town of Hasaki (both were from Kashima District).
As of March 1, 2008, the city has an estimated population of 93,551 and a population density of 635 persons per km². The total area is 147.24 km2 (56.85 sq mi).
