Kalyan Silks is the largest textile retailing chain in India. It is headquartered in City of Thrissur, Kerala. It is headed by T.S. Pattabhiraman Chairman and Managing Director.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]

Activities

Kalyan Silks started its first showroom in 1909 in Thrissur. Later on it expanded to South India and now has 20 showrooms. It also owns India’s largest wholesale textile showroom situated at Thrissur. According to media reports, the advertising and marketing budget of Kalyan Silks is around Rs 25 crore and is handled by DDB Mudra Max.The company has 3,000 employees and turnover of about Rs 600 crore per annum.[8][9][10][11][12][13][14] Prithviraj Sukumaran, is the brand ambassador of Kalyan Silks.
